Stokesley School Fashion Show
On the 1st of May, Stokesley School sixth formers pulled together for a night to remember. The evening was organised completely by the sixth form and included a fashion show, village of stalls from local companies around the North East and our very own mocktail bar.
The fashion show celebrated the official registration of Butterfly Giving and we can now be seen on the Charity Commission’s website.
Designers and shops included the fantastic HYPE, Destiny, JOI, Vintage Vogue (now Pretty Twisted), Perfect Partners, Kate Fearnley, Bakers and more.
The evening opened with an excellent dance act, choreographed by Catherine Lewin, and was hosted by our brilliant duo, Matthew Hutchinson and Roisin McLinden.
Our special guest for the evening was the wonderful Abi Alton who captivated the audience, followed by soloist Scarlett Rose Atkinson and then joined by Phine Mitchell and Hannah Larkin.
A special thanks to the amazing Alex Wiseman, without him the fashion show wouldn’t have been possible. We hope to work with Alex on future projects.
Another big thank-you to our supporters, the lovely ladies at Watkins-Wright, who spent hours painstakingly ensure every girls (and some of the boys) hair was perfect!
A shout out to all of the fantastic companies and individuals who donated raffle prizes for the event too!
All in all, the night raised an absolutely incredible figure of £1,400 for Butterfly Giving. We can’t thank you enough for all the support given.
